About Me
I’m a Brand and UX Designer currently pursuing my Master of Design in Experience Design at San José State University. Originally from Lima, Peru, I began my career in brand and packaging design, building a strong foundation in visual systems. Over time, my focus expanded from how brands look to how creative systems function behind the scenes. I became increasingly interested in the workflows, collaboration dynamics, and decision-making processes that shape design outcomes, particularly in complex environments like packaging production. Through the MDes program at SJSU, I’ve deepened my exploration of human-centered design at the intersection of creative practice and emerging technologies. My graduate research investigates how AI-assisted tools can support packaging designers by reducing technical errors, improving collaboration, and streamlining the path from concept to production.I’m driven by the belief that thoughtful systems design can free creatives to focus on what they do best: thinking, making, and building meaningful brand experiences.
