Viva Verde Creative Hub is a 50,000 sq ft community center in Miami designed to support connection, creativity, and well-being through an inclusive and uplifting environment. The project responds to the need for modern community spaces that feel warm, flexible, and engaging by creating opportunities for both social interaction and personal reflection. The building is organized as a layered journey, beginning with a lively public ground floor featuring a café, gallery, and event spaces, transitioning to a wellness- and learning-focused second level, and culminating in quieter zones for reflection and collaboration above. Inspired by Miami’s vibrant yet relaxed identity, the design uses soft curves, natural materials, and a pastel palette of coral, sage, and blush to create a calm but energetic atmosphere. Biophilic strategies, natural light, and fluid circulation enhance comfort and user experience, demonstrating how thoughtful design can foster meaningful connection, support mental well-being, and create a flexible community hub that adapts to a variety of users, activities, and moods.

The Serenity Studio is a wellness-focused community space designed as a mental and emotional oasis in the heart of Paris. Located near the Champs-Élysées, the project creates a calm retreat from the surrounding urban energy through spaces for meditation, therapy, reflection, and private reset. Inspired by research on emotional well-being and neurodiversity, the design uses natural materials, greenery, and light-filled spaces to support mindfulness and connection. The program includes meditation rooms, therapy lounges, reflection nooks, individual pods, and outdoor terraces that reconnect visitors to nature and encourage moments of pause within the city.
