Jaelynn Ford
Jaelynn is currently studying Interior Architecture at San Jose State University, close to the city of Sacramento, where her love for Interior Design began. Witnessing her mother’s interest in design at a minuscule scale during her childhood sparked a profound inspiration within her. Despite being labeled "obsessive" by her family for her frequent room redesigns, Jaelynn recognized that her “obsession” was actually a passion, which inspired her to pursue Interior Design. For Jaelynn, the core motivation as a designer lies in crafting spaces that are not just functional, but also diverse and invigorating. She thrives on the opportunity to cultivate environments that ignite joy and foster a sense of belonging. Inspired by the graceful lines of curvilinear forms, Jaelynn admires how the natural yet soft flow of the form encourages fluid movement and meaningful interactions, while nurturing a sense of community within a space. Her design priorities revolve around creating something of lasting significance, evoking warmth and excitement for others. Jaelynn's infectious enthusiasm for life is shown through her work and she flourishes in collaborative environments. Outside of design, Jaelynn cherishes moments spent with loved ones, reading a good novel, and improving her skills in her newfound hobby of baking. For her, the ability to express creativity across various aspects of life and find excitement within the meaningful moments shared with others is a rewarding feeling.
