Inspired by 1970s space paintings and a future that never would be, our film explores the romance and vision of space exploration and contrasts it with the surreal horror of how war destroys communities and lives. Pulling from visionary artists on both sides of the Pacific, the film exemplifies our team’s love for giant robots, futurism, and plein-air painterly backgrounds.
